During pregnancy, the body goes through profound changes and, often, stresses. Most common stresses are in the lower back and hip regions, as well as feet and lower extremity stress. I have had the honor and privilege of working with many women through their entire pregnancy and have helped them live more comfortably through all of the changes that occur during that time.
I employ side-lying and supine positions to allow you the greatest comfort. I use extra pillows and support to make you comfortable in any position that you're in. I'll also have you change positions more frequently than in a typical massage treatment - again, to keep you absolutely comfortable during the session.
Most importantly, I'll listen to you and your needs during any given session so that you receive exactly the treatment you want and need that day.
